We offer a no quibble returns policy. Please note a returns charge of £3.95 per parcel will be deducted from your refund amount if you use our returns courier, Collect+.

All items must be sent back within 30 days of receiving your order to qualify for a refund.  

Try and reuse the packaging your item came in (for extra environmental points).

Refunds will be issued in the original method of payment and may take 10 days to show in your account.

👉 As a responsible employer we apply a 48-hour delay in opening returns, once received. This is to mitigate against any COVID-19 risk. Hope you understand 😷

    • Take your return to your local Parcel Connect drop off store
    • Return anything within 30 days for a no quibble refund (Unfortunately we can’t accept swimwear, make-up or perfume back).
